Starlink satellite internet posts record speeds of 600Mbps
A user on Reddit who recently got his Starlink terminal after moving to a rural area of Germany reported a staggering 500Mbps.
SpaceX's Starlink satellite internet continues to amaze people with blazing fast download speeds in Germany.
The satellite network which consists of thousands of satellites became known for its download speeds which were impressive compared to the satellite internet of the time.
This is because Starlink's network operates in low Earth orbit and is the first to be commercially implemented with millions of users already registered.
A user on Reddit who recently got his Starlink terminal after moving to a rural area of Germany reported a staggering 500Mbps.
Other users in this country have also reported similar data. In the middle of the day the speed drops to 250Mbps but these figures are lower than the record ever posted in one of the highly populated German cities like Munich recording 649Mbps.
The first result posted by Reddit user DankSquared2 was 562Mbps and the second was 638Mbps.
